Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of the final creative deliverables produced specifically for their project. Agenoria retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

4. User Conduct

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our systems.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Agenoria reserves the right to pause or terminate services on accounts with overdue balances. Cancellation policies vary by service type and are detailed in the relevant contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agenoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
